Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Citrix Finservices, we strive to deliver swift, secure, and reliable legal documentation and e-stamp procurement. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and payments.
1. Government Stamp Duty Payments
Important Notice: Government Stamp Duty payments, once paid, generated, or processed on the official state registry, are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable. This is because these charges are credited directly to the state exchequer of the respective state government.
2. Sourcing & Service Fees
Our professional service fees are refundable under the following circumstances:
- Before Sourcing Begins: If you cancel your order within 30 minutes of submission, and our advocates or procurement desk have not purchased the stamp paper or initiated drafting, we will refund 100% of our service fee.
- After Sourcing Starts: Once our legal desk begins document drafting or processes the stamp duty payment, our service fee becomes non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Courier Charges
For physical delivery orders, shipping charges are fully refundable if the order is cancelled before dispatch. Once the physical document is handed over to our speed post/courier partner, shipping charges are non-refundable. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the user, the customer is liable for reshipping fees.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please immediately:
- Send an email to citrixfinservice@gmail.com.
- Quote your unique Order Number (e.g.,
CTX-xxxxxx) in the subject line. - Explain the reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
