1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Citrix Finservices if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Description of Services

Citrix Finservices operates as an independent, private sourcing platform offering document preparation, notary procurement assistance, and official e-stamp paper procurement.

We are NOT a government department, legal firm, or official registry. We act as your authorized agent to procure statutory stamp papers and notary attestations.
All documents sourced are verified through certified advocates and government e-stamping portals.

3. User Account & Data Accuracy

When submitting an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information. The details provided (e.g., First Party, Second Party, Stamp Duty Paid By, and Description) are directly integrated into the government registry. Citrix Finservices is not liable for invalid stamps resulting from incorrect user input.

4. Fees and Payment

The total amount payable comprises:

Government Stamp Duty: Transferred in full to the respective state exchequer.
Fulfillment & Delivery Charges: Based on the delivery type (WhatsApp or Physical + WhatsApp Courier).
Service & Sourcing Fees: Calculated dynamically depending on the selected state and denomination.

All fees are subject to 18% GST as per prevailing central and state tax regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Citrix Finservices, its advocates, or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delay, loss, or mismatch of physical documents during transit by postal services, or errors in stamp generation originating from governmental portal downtime.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
